"Shield maidens unite."
Recycled silver earrings impressed with text lifted from a carving from Ancient Rome.
One half of the spear shaped earrings carry the inscription, the other half is left smooth with a satin sheen.
 
I wanted to give the earrings that relic feel, so they are not polished bright and have a few imperfections.
They have been oxidised to make the detail stand out.
