Lots of detail in these dangle earrings in silver formed from an old antique button. The dragon curls around his tail to fit in the circle and is reminiscent of coats of arms and Chinese luck dragons, but for me I must think Tolkien's Smaug and Robin Hobb's Tintaglia.
 
I have oxidised the earrings to create contrast in the texture and to give them character

The drops hang from handmade sterling silver ear wires. They move slightly and catch the light magically. 
The back is marked with my logo - a little leaf.
 
The drops measure 12 mm in diameter and hang well above the shoulder. 
The hooks are 0.8 mm wire
